    oh, i have seen that on my trip to taiwan earlier this year. you pick the seafood that you like there on a market and bring it to a restaurant.. you get the stuff deep fried after a few minutes of waiting. thats how it goes : )

    Cause I've been to both and it looks a lot like Sol...

    @ pat, i live in hong kong and there are definitely places here that do that.

    plus, i'm pretty sure that the person who took this picture knows where they are :S
