This is MY chihuahua and this picture was put up years ago, let's start with it was a picture taken of him and the toupee was photo shopped in for all you morons saying "o poor dog." Get over it. There are A LOT worse things that can be done to a dog than a photo of one being photo shopped. So take a breather all you negative people.
